Tuzigoot National Monument, May 2003


Tuzigoot is a cluster of 12th century Sinagua Indian buildings on top of a small ridge close to the Verde River valley. We originally tried stopping at Tuzigoot after Montezuma's Castle but missed it when we took what we thought was a circular drive and ended up in Sedona.
