Bryce Canyon National Park, May 2003

They are repaving many of the roads in Bryce. Bryce is now opened during the winter and roads weren't built to handle the winter.

In Bryce, you drive on the plateau above the spires. In several spots, you can hike down to the bottom. The trails are steep.
